Geolocation Games Performance in Ukraine Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the geolocation gaming landscape in Ukraine saw varied performance across the top applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Tamadog - Puppy Pet Dog Games from Appsyoulove, a Cyprus-based publisher, experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue. It peaked at around $311 in late April, before settling to approximately $165 by the end of June. Downloads initially surged to 3.3K in mid-April but gradually decreased to around 541 by quarter's end. Meanwhile, weekly active users peaked at 2.5K in late April, followed by a decline to about 467.

Cat's Mischief: Fur and Fun from Lemon Global showed a notable download pattern, starting strong with 2.4K downloads in early April, then dropping to 687 towards the end of the month. Revenue data was not available for this period.

Jurassic World Alive by Ludia Inc. from Canada maintained relatively stable revenue, with a high of $724 in early June. Downloads varied, reaching up to 669 in late May. Active users started at 1.8K and saw an increase, ending the quarter at 2.2K.

Stepbots Sandbox Playground 2, published by Ukraine’s PSV Apps&Games, had consistent download numbers early in the quarter, peaking at 651 in April, and then dropping to 40 by June's end. Active users remained robust, peaking at 6.1K in April before ending at 4.7K.

Finally, STEPN, an Australian app, showed a rise in revenue, peaking at $189 in mid-May. Downloads remained modest, starting at 166 and declining to 62. Active users saw significant growth, peaking at 17.5K in late May before a sharp drop to 2.2K by the quarter's end.
